hit the gym again today.

Finally did 7reps of 16.25 kg on each side for bench press... which means... increasing to 17.5! Next 'll be 18.75... then 20 and i'm lifting my body weight wohoo!!!!!!!! =D

And i'm finally smiling again. I know i feel happy, but the mirrors in the gym made me realise i wasn't expressing it. Eye contact wise, i'm not making as much as i did before. I dunno why. Socially retracting?

Ytd went to watch the play "Everything but the Brain"(again, shall i add. watched it few yrs ago, and not much difference) felt rather awkward seeing everyone in clothing not called sch-u. Maybe its a blessing that jc got uniform. Fussing over dressing, which i had lots of fun with in the holis, seems so dreadful now. I dunno why.

Just smile.

cuz happiness is a decision.

Must decide to be happy and smile more, make more eye contact, because life's only gonna get more hectic and joy must be found somewhere.

And for the first time in a long while, i'm getting it from sihuoti. Just decided to screw the idea of filling all four corners with questions. Rather, i focus on one at a time and make sure i get it right. Its paying off. whee.
