did it work, or not?

Didn't really spend all that much time thinking today.

Morn was spent reading the papers. And worrying abt the small of my back, gosh its a damn small part but its aching. *shivers*. Sure hope i didn't hurt them too bad from squats. Don't wanna be out from gymming. Then picked up Da Vinci code and started reading. I know its kinda late, but oh well better than nvr.

Afternoon was playing msn games with zishun, then we went to yahoo pool instead and back to solitaire again whee.

Evening played chess with my dad. Quality time spent? hahaha. Our first game in a long long while.

Then after that played 7hand poker with neozy before finally getting down to work.

I've sorted everything out, but the schedule, even without a 2nd cca, looks extremely demanding. Here's the projected schedule :

Projected exercise days:

Monday: Gym training to chase away Monday blues!
Wednesday: Gym training on this day with lesser workload.
Friday: Gym. As the wkn reckons, its time to work out
Sunday: Cardio. Could either be swimming or running intervals if 2/week quota yet to be met.

Projected Weiqi training schedule:
1 game/ week with phillip
1 lesson/week with phillip
1 RJC training -> put in time for training sihuo

The other 3 days will be spilt into ‘heavy’ and ‘light’ days, with at least 1 of each per week, in addition to one ‘off’ day per week.
Heavy- sihuo (15min) + slow game (1h30min) + self-review (15min)
Light- sihuo (30min) + Da pu (30min) + fast games (1h)

Tsktsk. Must remind myself, relook my goals WEEKLY. Looking back at these 2 months and the goals i've set before it, i realise i'd have had an even more fufilling time had i followed them more closely.

But its pretty good already.

for starters, that is.
